CLIENT CARE and safety is our priority.
Your counsellor and our staff are taking every precaution to avoid risks and ask you to help us by:
- Not coming into the premises if you are unwell or in isolation following contact from Public Health tracing.
- If a Public Health official contacts you or the Olive Tree office for track and
trace purposes then their guidance for self-isolation must be followed. - Arriving on time for your appointment, ring the intercom and wait for your
counsellor to open the door for you. - Wherever possible please avoid bringing in personal items (if needed, please
bring your own liquid refreshment) - Following the counsellor’s instructions
- Using coat stands for clothing and placing bags on the floor, not on any other surface.
- Follow the guidance given on the notices on doors and in the toilets
The Olive Tree Centre counsellors and staff will:
- Ask you to you hand sanitiser
- Regularly clean between clients.
- Try to ensure minimal overlap in corridors or toilets.
- NOT be providing water or other beverages
As always confidentiality will be maintained so your counsellor would be the person who provides your contact details regarding track and trace enquiries from Public Health England and ONLY if this is requested
