A non-judgemental opportunity to explore your particular issues in a safe and confidential environment. Your counsellor will aim to help you find a way forward. A typical session would be around an hour. We provide counselling for individuals [including children and young people] couples and families. We are a charity supported by trusts and donations and we aim to keep fees to a minimum; our charges are from £30 to £10 a session depending on your circumstances as discussed during initial telephone contact, we aim never to turn anyone away because of inability to pay.
